WSIS - Bridging The Digital Divide

It was nice to have the opportunity to see during the WSIS, the $100 laptop aims to bring equal technology opportunities to children in the developing world, by the way, this laptop doesn't request main power supply, you can charge the batteries by turning the yellow handle, so if you turn it for about one minute, yoiu can then use it for 4 minutes, not so bad, but what was really interesting, is that when I was taking this picture, I heard a tunisian guy saying: "If they could change the handle by a pedal, then the child can use the laptop without stop, as the two hands could be free" and I said, waaaaaaaaaw, how intelligent was that idea.
